To enter data click on Edit, enter text in textbox, set checkbox if 4 or more people praying then click udpdate. Time slots with no person allocated to pray are highlighted in Red, those which have less than 4 people are highlighted in Yellow. Click green arrow at bottom of screen to page forward/backward
